Refund Policy
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
In order for Lost & Happy to accept a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unopened. The customer will also have to show proof of order by sending a picture of their receipt to us.
Please email returns@lostandhappy.co to start the return process. If the return is accepted, we will forward a shipping label to you and admit a refund to you.
For damaged or defective items, please contact us ASAP, so we can make it right.
